Drawing tools.

I'm sure I will be using the fill tool in my game. I will have to fill the syringes with different colored liquids. The fill tool would be the easiest way to do that. I am commenting on Gaige's blog.

    That is an easy way to get a lot of color in one area quickly.

    The fill tool does help make the coloring shorter in time.
